Rather than automating multiple individual steps, Chemspeed integrates several functionalities on a single platform for true project automation. The automation of individual steps (directly transposed from the manual process) results in complex schedules necessary to implement the manual transfers from one workstation to the next one. Our novel integrated automated platform on the other hand performs a large number of steps unattended, thereby providing the chemist with more time for experimental design, data handling,..., science in general.

 

Automation tailored to an optimized reactor technology: no compromise in the reactor design provides highest performance and high quality results

The Chemspeed arrays of reactors for parallel processing provide all the functionalities a chemist can expect: efficient and precise heating and cooling, adjustable and efficient mixing, possibility to apply vacuum, inert gas, reactive gas,... The automation of liquid handling and solid dispensing has been designed without compromising any of these features, by maintaining the stationary reactor design: the reactor remains connected to the various supplies (heating/cooling fluid, vacuum, gas) while the Accelerator tools are moved to the required position.

The true automation of a project resulting in higher output (i.e. higher throughput with higher data content) while generating more time for science, this is Chemspeed's ProjectFLOW™.
