Designed for the optimization of synthesis and performance parameters (time, temperature, pressure, mixing, concentrations, …), the semi-automated MULTIPLANT PRORES and the fully automated AUTOPLANT PRORES workstations are based on the use of individually controlled, high-precision tank reactors which are fully scalable. The ability to systematically screen and optimize reaction conditions allows chemists to rapidly evaluate new synthetic routes, optimize synthesis conditions, and / or prepare sufficient quantities of a particular compound for formulation or toxicity studies.
Designed for the formulation / blending of solid, liquid, viscous, and / or waxy materials, the FORMAX is a fully automated workstation which uniquely combines overhead gravimetic dispensing of solids , liquids, viscous liquids and / or waxes WHILE mixing, heating, refluxing and cooling in individually controlled and operated high-precision blenders.
