Introduction
In the field of hair gel, the industry is constantly looking for new effects in formulations to fulfill the wishes of customers in a very competitive market. Automation drastically increases the speed of process optimization to bring the product earlier on the market when a new trend is scented.
Description
  • The Formax Hair Care & Colorants is set up with 24 formulation vessels
  • For each formulation, one phase is made in the feed-vessel, one in the formulation vessel/ blender and one in the heat/ stir rack
  • The different phases are added with an integrated pump or an aspirating/ dispensing tool with integrated balance
  • 24 different hair gels are made independently with their own parameters
