Description
  • The Formax Home Care is set up with 24 formulation vessels/ blender
  • Parameters are adjusted with an integrated DoE software
  • Compounds are added while controlling the stirring speed, scraping speed, temperature and pH independently on each formulation vessel/ blender
  • The robotic platform prepares 24 different micro-encapsulations

  • Gravimetric overhead dispensing allows to dispense compounds while heating, cooling, stirring, scraping, refluxing
  • Data for each formulation is stored in a logfile
  • Results are perfectly reproducible. For 4 given stirring speeds, the particle size are 6 µm, 16 µm, 19 µm and 75 µm
