Visit us at the in-cosmetics Formulation Summit.
The in-cosmetics Formulation Summit will bring together high-level scientific insights and solutions in a digital space.
For the sixth year running, the education-focused convention, previously held in London, is now being brought to life digitally. From the comfort of your own home, access specialist talks about “formulating in the climate change age” and learn alongside R&D professionals, senior formulators and decision-makers from cosmetic brands, manufacturers and ingredient suppliers.

2020 has challenged the food community in many ways. Concerns about global food safety and security, strains on supply chains and changes in ingredients sourcing have made it more pivotal than ever for ingredients suppliers and buyers to connect with their peers in the F&B industry.
Strengthening current business connections, forging new ones, sharing information and acquiring up-to-date insights have all become more business critical than ever in a fast-changing world. Global health & safety measures and travel restrictions have led us to see our annual community gatherings in a different light.
Fi Europe CONNECT 2020 will shape the future of the F&B industry by:
- Bringing together the global food ingredients ecosystem as one industry to connect, share knowledge, showcase innovations and do business.
- Hosting 2-weeks of online meetings, starting from 23rd November 2020
- Offering easy-to-use tools for online networking with peers, discovering new suppliers, and knowledge sharing.
- Delivering effective AI-driven matchmaking, lead-generation and online branding and thought leadership opportunities for businesses.
We are pleased to announce Dr. Jost Göttert and Dr. Christian Schmitz from the HIT Institute of Surface Technology based at the Hochschule Niederrhein in Krefeld.
Our guests will present recent advances in digital chemistry related to high throughput experimentation and machine learning which enables acceleration and optimization of coatings formulation development.
They will illustrate their “iHIT Solution Engine” process with practical examples, and discuss how to use the
Digital Model Information.
This is the third webinar in our series “Digital Transformation of R&D and QC Labs”.
To solve some of humanities largest problems such as climate change, we need to discover molecules and materials faster than ever.
To achieve that, and together with other groups around the world, we have proposed the idea of the “self-driving laboratory”, a platform that incorporates computation, artificial intelligence, orchestration and optimization systems and chemical automation platforms to integrate materials discovery under one roof.
Prof. Aspuru, University of Toronto, will present a DARPA-funded collaboration called MADNESS that involves the groups of Lee Cronin, Jason Hein, Bartosz Grzybowski, Marty Burke that aims to create self-driving laboratories for the discovery of organic molecules for optoelectronic applications. Prof. Aspuru will describe the project alongside recent progress in AI for chemistry.
This is the fourth webinar in Chemspeed’s series about “Digital Transformation of R&D and QC Labs.
