Your responsibilities:

  • Develop our business in Asia: Ensure high-speed market penetration for our innovative products and solutions
  • Actively create new business opportunities and develop leads
  • Negotiate and close deals in order to achieve your ambitious sales goals
  • Implement a targeted and aggressive sales strategy matching the needs of your market to ensure sustainable growth for all our products and services
  • Foster, challenge and support our Asian distribution partners
  • Present Chemspeed solutions at conferences and seminars
  • Analyze lab R&D workflows and provide appropriate solutions in close co-operation with our outstanding chemists
  • Continuously optimize the efficiency of your sales and business development process
  • Make things happen!

 

Requirements

  • In-depth familiarity with various Asian cultures and with the Consumer Goods, Materials Science, and Life Science markets
  • Proven sales track record – regularly exceeding annual quotas
  • Extensive sales experience of complex scientific/technical investment goods, preferably automated lab equipment or related field
  • Highly self-driven, goal-oriented and market-focused personality
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills in English – Chinese is a plus
  • Degree in chemistry or related field
  • Enjoy direct contact with customers and frequent traveling
  • Available for a temporary on site assignment in Asia
