Each reactor with its own set of conditions - individually controlled tank reactors (reactor volumes 100, 240, 1’000 mL total volume) with precise, continuous feeds:

  • Up to 12 / 24 calorimetry experiments per run on an AUTOPLANT, up to 6 per run on a semi-automated MULTIPLANT.
  • Independent control of all process parameters in each reactor with in-situ calorimetry and e.g. NIR, pH.
  • Independent, precise temperature and stirring control in each reactor (e.g. 130°C temperature difference between adjacent reactors, with active cooling >>130°C).
  • Internal and / or jacket temperature control.
  • Multiple independent gas, liquefied gas and liquid feeds per reactor.
  • Gravimetric solid and viscous liquid dispensing.
  • 4-Needle Head for volumetric liquid handling and sampling.
  • Feeding and sampling under reaction conditions.
  • Cleaning in place (e.g. automated cleaning, inserts).
  • Extraction, filtration, evaporation, crystallization, distillation.
  • Ventilated hood for safety and conditioned (sensitive chemicals, low-temperature) operation.
  • AUTOSUITE SOFTWARE - drag & drop experimentation with easy interface (e.g. python custom device) to e.g. LIMS, ELN, data analysis, AI / ML closed loop.
