Tablet Test System - IR (Bruker FT-NIR Multi Purpose Analyzer)
The SciYbotic / Chemspeed Tablet Testing IR assay (TT-IR) is an automated solution for oral solid dosage (OSD) quality control, designed to deliver reliable at-line testing to ensure consistent product quality. It measures tablet weight, thickness, hardness, content uniformity, and assay. TT-IR integrates a Bruker MPA (FT-NIR Multi Purpose Analyzer) and works seamlessly with existing workflows. The system enables method transfer from lab to production and operates under GLP/GMP. TT-IR ensures consistent product quality during batch and continuous manufacturing by rapidly detecting out-of-specification tablets.
Robotic Arm for Precise Tablet Handling and Positioning
The Tablet Testing system features a robotic arm that uses systematic and precise tablet positioning techniques to ensure accurate operation. This incorporates:

synTQ Control Platform
The synTQ software powers the system, providing real-time insight, knowledge management and enabling the incorporation of advanced control strategies. Compliant with 21 CFR part 11 and the principles of data integrity, synTQ enables the Tablet Testing system to work under GLP and GMP.
Analytical and Chemometric Integration
The Tablet Testing system can run as standalone or be integrated into the existing quality control systems. It incorporates chemical analysis, so your validated laboratory analytical method can be utilized directly in the production environment.
Multi-Modal Testing
The Tablet Testing system can be tailored to your requirements – it can test for assay only or test for weight, thickness, hardness, content uniformity and assay.
Tablet Traceability
After testing, the tablets are kept in uniquely marked, fully traceable trays and are easy to individually access.
The tested tablets are traceable to the data stored into synTQ database. Optionally, the data can also be stored in e.g. the SciY Data Platform, ZONTAL, achieving full-scale digitalization.
