Automated lubricant formulation
FLEX FORMAX lubricants for unattended formulation and testing of lubricants (oils, greases) plus integrated „forced“ testing e.g. via rapid temperature cyling, gasification combined with defined contaminant. FLEX FORMAX fulfills the requirements for process technology (e.g. shearing and composition series). The solution enables raw material mapping / reformulation, e.g. related to REACH.
Fully automated rheology measurement
Chemspeed’s FLEX RHEO allows fully automated rheology measurement for various workflows, using Discovery HR rheometers, or other rheometers, for “Press Start and Walk Away” operation. With optional extras, including robotic pH measurement tool, screw capper and extended storage capacity, this Chemspeed configurable solution transforms the traditional rheology analysis process.
