Borealis (NPK Analysis, QC; Production)

May 23, 2017

Our samples analysed per shift are solids and liquid samples. We are using this system for the process analysis. The robot is connected to an IC system and coupled with a titration system for a free acid titration. The system is running very stable without malfunctions. We implemented the system last year in March and since this time we needed a technician only for one time. It’s really a good compact system. Stable acidic oxygen-evolving catalyst discovery through mixed accelerations

Ruthenium oxides (RuOx) are promising alternatives to iridium catalysts for the oxygen-evolution reaction in proton-exchange membrane water electrolysis but lack stability in acid. Alloying with other elements can improve stability and performance but enlarges the search space.
