Procos is an Italian CDMO that works in the Pharma industry. Three case studies are presented to highlight the benefits of the Chemspeed Autoplant Prores platform in use in the R&D lab at Procos. The first showcases the ability to address reproducibility issues in a hydrogenolysis reaction, which allowed the process to be scaled up to a 3 MT scale. The second and third case studies demonstrate how Chemspeed can be coupled with multivariate analysis to determine process robustness. In the highly dynamic pharma industry, the possibility of running several, representative, experiments in parallel results key to ensure both high productivity and good process knowledge.
